Membership agreement

STATUS: NON-NEGOTIABLE. CURRENCY: USD/USDC. SERVICE CLASS: DIGITAL LEDGER ENTRY.

01. THE SERVICE (DIGITAL ASSET)
By subscribing to 21k.club, you are purchasing a strictly digital service. The Service is defined as:

  • The vetting and background verification of the Member.
  • The digital entry of the Member's chosen Designation onto the global public ledger.
  • The maintenance of said entry for the duration of the subscription period.

You explicitly acknowledge that no physical goods, deliverables, or tangible items are contractually guaranteed in this transaction. Any physical object received is a commemorative gift, not the product sold. The value of this transaction is derived solely from the intangible status of the ledger entry.

02. ANNUAL FEE & RENEWAL PROTOCOL

The cost of membership is 21,000 USD per year.

Manual Settlement: Since this service operates on a decentralized settlement layer, automatic debits are not possible. You acknowledge that it is your sole obligation to initiate the renewal transfer to the designated vault address upon the anniversary of your entry.

03. NON-PAYMENT & THE PURGE 

Membership is conditional upon the successful settlement of the Annual Fee. There is no grace period. If the renewal transfer is not verified on the blockchain within 24 hours of the due date, the "Purge Protocol" is immediately executed:

Immediate Termination: Your membership is revoked instantly.

Ledger Erasure: Your Designation is permanently deleted from the public ledger.

Blacklist: You may be permanently barred from re-applying. Once removed, you are no longer in the club. You cannot buy your way back in.

04. WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

You agree that the supply of the Service (ledger maintenance and status verification) begins immediately upon the processing of your payment.

BY COMPLETING THE PAYMENT, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THIS CONTRACT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU THEREBY LOSE ANY STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR COOLING-OFF PERIOD.

This transaction is final, non-refundable, and irrevocable.

05. NO UTILITY DISCLAIMER

The Service offers zero utility.

  • No ROI: This is not a financial investment. You acknowledge that the $21,000.00 USD annual fee is a consumption of capital with no financial return.
  • No Access: Membership grants no access to events, concierges, clubhouses, or networking opportunities.
  • No Equity: You hold no stake in the 21k.club entity.

06. TERMINATION BY THE COMMITTEE

 A: We reserve the absolute right to terminate your membership and purge your Designation at any time, without notice and without refund, if you:

  • Breach these Terms.
  • Engage in conduct that damages the exclusivity or reputation of The Club.
  • Attempt to sell, transfer, or sub-license your membership alias.

B: The Member acknowledges that The Service is a finite artistic and social experiment. The Architect reserves the right to conclude the project, dismantle the ledger, and cease operations at any time. In such an event, no refunds will be issued, as the lesson delivered constitutes the final fulfillment of the service.

07. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 21k.club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your membership. The total liability of the service for any claim shall not exceed the amount equal to one (1) annual fee paid by you.

08. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Service is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the local courts of said jurisdiction.
